Ikea Christmax is an interactive Youtube video that enables users to play with the annotations while watching different Ikea Christmas decorations in sync. The video was filmed with three different outcomes,Christmin , Christmid and Christmax with the same video length. We hijacked the youtube annotations setting with custom software to sync all the keyframes in the right keyframes.
